Since the subscription cannot be transferred from the old version to the new one, cancel the automatic renewal of Monthly Subscription using the old version of the app.
Please wait until after the translation subscription for the old version ends before purchasing a subscription through the new version.
When the translation subscription ends for the old version, we recommend that you uninstall the old version of the app.

■Cautions
Data charges will be incurred to download, actualizar, or use the Jspeak app (except when used on Wi-Fi).
To use Jspeak, your phone needs to have a SIM card in it even if you are using WiFi with the phone set to Airplane mode or mobile data communications set to OFF.
If the SIM card in your phone is different from the one that was in it when the translator subscription was purchased, depending on the type of SIM card, you may not be able to use the translator service. We recommend that you use the same SIM card that was in the phone when the subscription was purchased.
